FOP NY Lodge 911
Lodge 911 of the Fraternal Order of Police was chartered on May 25th, 1992 with 15 members from the Garden City Police Department. As the Lodge grew in numbers and came to include a diversity of members from various law enforcement agencies and departments, the name of the Lodge was changed to the Law Enforcement Officers Lodge 911 on May 23rd, 2011. The Lodge has also expanded its membership to include “Associate” members. Associate members are non-law enforcement people comprised of family members and friends who support law enforcement and are sponsored by an “Active” member of the FOP. Lodge 911 currently has over 350 Active members and over 170 Associate members.
